I couldn't have had a better agent. Kelly took care of EVERYTHING and advised me daily of progress and changes. She negotiated a good result with the prospective buyers. I felt like had special attention and she made me feel like I was her only client, (which of course I was not). But I did feel spoiled. When I had a question or concern she took them seriously and would follow up and explain them to me to a manner that I (who is not familiar at all with the details of home selling) as a lay person could understand.
I did not consider other agents after speaking with Kelly on the phone. I looked her up on the internet and got an idea of who she was and it felt right. Kelly made me feel like I was her only client and constantly kept me informed daily on what was going on with the property. Since I live in another state Kelly oversaw the maintenance and repair work being done for me while promoting the sale. This was a saving grace for me as I live too far away to have handled the projects going on to prep the house for sale.
Whenever I would call Kelly with a question or concern she would answer and respond to my calls promptly. If it was something she needed to check on she would still get back to me in a short amount of time.
Overall selling a house is stressful. There is more consideration than I ever anticipated. The paper work is overwhelming. Getting people to do repair and maintenance is stressful. Decision making is stressful. But getting the property sold is a relief. So it is a love/hate transaction.
