We met Kelly through a trusted friend when we asked for realtor suggestions. She made the process of selling our house so easy, and was there every step of the way. I feel like ours was a really tricky situation, as we were selling here and buying in another state. We wanted to list on may 1st and hopefully sell by mid June. We got an off-market offer before it was even time to list, and with Kelly’s help and expertise, we were able to sell and close escrow almost a month before we thought was possible, for more than we thought we could get for our home and even closed on our new home before all before the end of may. Everything worked out better than we hoped, every step of the way.
